Codes are timed exactly and will not work before your scheduled check-in time. If you have arranged an early check-in, your code will be updated to reflect that.

The Maintenance Door will be the first one you see coming around the side of the house.
The maintenance door is available to use throughout your stay, however your code is only programmed to the front door and will not work on the maintenance door.

We have a two car garage but it is not big enough to handle certain models due to size.
Please keep garage door closed even when home! There are several reasons but the main one is security, as the door from the garage to the house is normally unlocked. It also keeps wildlife out as well as helps keep the heating and cooling running efficiently.
Last but not least, a closed garage door looks nice in our neighborhood 😋

Should you require a later check-out let us know beforehand. We will try our best to accommodate you, but we have a responsibility towards our cleaning staff.
Here is a simple checkout list:
- Do not strip the beds
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Pickup and dispose of all trash
- Turn off lights and lock all doors
- Let us know personally if there is anything we can improve
